Deep thoughts

For all of you folks who kiss ass to get to the top a thing I'd never do!! Here's a little thing from me to you I'm not going to use names so don't worry!! And I wont do it no way!!

the other day a turkey was chatting with a bull: "I would love to be able to get to the top of that tree," sighed the turkey, "but I haven't got the energy."
"Well, why don't you nibble on some of my droppings?" replied the bull. "They're packed with nutrients."
The turkey pecked at a lump of dung, and found it actually gave him enough strength to reach the lowest branch of the tree. The next day, after eating some more dung, he reached the second branch. Finally after a fourth night, the turkey was proudly perched at the top of the tree.
the Turkey then was promptly spotted by a farmer, who shot him out of the tree.
so you see Bull sh#* might get you to the top, but it won't keep you there. Keep it in mind!!

RJ must start improving some way or another

Ok, as much as I love flying the world as much as I hate Royal Jordanian!! I tried it in short distance trips and long distance trips! Where to??? The U.S & A it was so awful i felt as if I'm ridding the shitty transportation busses we have in here in Amman!!! Its was ok on our way to the states but back!!! WTF it was so bad I cant even describe it!! Seeds (bizer) on the floor! Dirty bathrooms, not to mention the smell!! ahhhh thinking of it drives me crazy! But I really think it can be better if they do something about the flight attendants! They're always grumpy, too slow and don't want to work! (I really made them go wild though hehehe what can I do it took them an hour to get me water after a while I went and got it my self) Any ways I got an Idea for the slogan part I have a joke for you RJ here it goes:

A guy sitting at a terminal noticed a really beautiful woman sitting next to him.
He thought to himself: "Wow, she's so gorgeous she must be a flight attendant. But which airline does she work for?"
Hoping to pick her up, he leaned towards her and said the Delta Airline slogan: "Love to fly and it shows?"
She gave him a confused look and he immediately thought to himself:"Damn, she doesn't work for Delta Airlines."
A moment later, another slogan popped into his headway leaned towards her again, "Something special in the air?"
She gave him the same confused look. He then removed Singapore Airlines off the list.
Next he tried the Thai Airways slogan: "Smooth as Silk."
This time the woman turned to him "WTF do you want?"
The man smiled, then lay back in his chair, and said "Ahhhhh, Royal Jordanian!"

Well Said!!!

There's music in the sighing of a reed;
There's music in the gushing of a rill;
There's music in all things, if men had ears:
Their earth is but an echo of the spheres.
~Lord Byron

Why Once Upon a India??

Well I know this was supposed to be one of my first blogs but I have no clue why I didn't post it!! Its not a big deal but it all goes back when I was in School and I was a member of the Amman Baptist School Band, one of the band members called Yazan A. He used to call me India, he used to translate some words literally and use them in his sentences which is very funny because my name is Hind translated India, so it kind of stuck with me till now all the band members call me India I got used to it.... Its good that they didn't get to my grandfathers name (Nakhleh) which will be translated to PALM!!! Or my family name (SABANEKH) it'll end up to be SPINACH... (3elet sar5asyat) so I thought India in comparison with those two is fine!! India Palm Spinach..... Interesting thinking about it Popeye might be one of my ancestors.......

The 15th Festival and Conference of Arab Music

Jordan is participating in the conference (good luck) which is taking place in Cairo Opera House hopefully we'll do good in the performance and get a good rank in the percussion competition (Mohammed Taha is representing Jordan)!! i'm so excited about it, the thought of visiting the Cairo Opera House gives me a boost of excitement!! how about performing there!! I still havent tried it!! three more days left and i'll tell you about it when i come back :)

ATTITUDE

The longer I live, the more I realize the impact of attitude on life. Attitude, to me, is more important than facts. It is more important than the past, than education, than money, than circumstances, than failures, than successes, than what other people think or say or do. It is more important than appearance, giftedness or skill. It will make or break a company….a church….a home. The remarkable thing is we have a choice every day regarding the attitude we will embrace for that day. We cannot change our past…we cannot change the fact that people will act in a certain way. We cannot change the inevitable. The only thing we can do is play on the one string we have, and that is our attitude … I am convinced that life is 10% what happens to me and 90% how I react to it.

"KEEP AWAY FROM CHILDREN"

It's funny I never thought about it this way, every medicine bottle or box has this sentence on it! "KEEP AWAY FROM CHILDREN" I always thought that children do cause a headache sometimes/always but i never thought that it'll get to this level!!
